The Alexander Technique teaches you to release stress, free your breathing and find your true voice. It also improves your posture, balance and coordination. Learn what every performer should know ! In teaching, my focus is on the belief that a good command of the Alexander Technique is an essential tool for stage performers to release fully his or her creative, imaginative and physical resources. The Alexander technique has been around for over 100 years and is practiced all over the world. It has also been an essential part of the curriculum at Performing Arts Institutions in North America, Great Britain, Ireland, South Africa and Australia since the 1980’s.
Many of us develop habits of body use that can generate tensions and interfere with the natural functioning of our body and mind. With the Alexander Technique, one can identify and release these unnecessary tensions and regain ones natural movement, posture and breathing.

A lo largo de los años desarrollamos hábitos que nos generan tensiones y que interfieren con el funcionamiento natural de nuestra mente y cuerpo. Con la Técnica Alexander aprendes a soltar tensiones innecesarias y recuperas tus movimientos, postura y respiración naturales.
